1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is Adriafund j.d.o.o., registered office at Ulica grada Vukovara 271, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, VAT/Tax ID (OIB): 12345678901 (hereinafter: "Adriafund", "we").
2. Categories of data
We process identification data (full name), contact data (email address), technical data (IP address, device and browser type) and usage data collected through cookies with your consent.
3. Purposes of processing
We process the data in order to: (i) deliver the information you have requested through the newsletter form, (ii) fulfil legal obligations, (iii) protect the security of the platform, (iv) analyse and improve user experience, exclusively with your consent.
4. Legal basis
The legal bases for processing are consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), performance of a contract and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
5. Retention period
We retain the data for as long as is necessary to achieve the purpose, for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction, unless the law requires a longer retention period.
6. Recipients of data
We may share data with carefully selected processors (hosting, email delivery, analytics) who are contractually bound to confidentiality, and with competent authorities when required by law.
7. Transfers outside the EU
As a rule, we do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA. Exceptionally, where transfers occur, we apply the Standard Contractual Clauses of the European Commission and other appropriate safeguards.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object, port and withdraw consent at any time. Requests may be sent to info@adriafund.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
9. Data security
We apply organisational and technical safeguards including transport encryption (TLS), access controls and regular reviews of security settings.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date of the last update is stated at the top of the document.
