1. General
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website adriafund.com operated by Adriafund j.d.o.o. (hereinafter: the "Provider"). By accessing the site you agree to these Terms.
2. Platform status
Adriafund is in the process of obtaining the status of a crowdfunding service provider in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 before the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA). All material information regarding the regulatory status is published publicly.
3. Informational nature
The content of the site is of an informational nature and does not constitute investment advice, an offer of securities or an inducement to invest. Investment decisions should be made based on full project documentation and personal assessment.
4. Risk disclosure
Investing in real estate crowdfunding carries the risk of loss of the invested amount. Returns described in project documentation are projections, not guarantees. Users are encouraged to seek independent financial advice.
5. Eligibility
Access to the platform is intended for persons aged 18 or over, resident within the European Union, who meet the applicable eligibility criteria.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the site, including texts, graphics, logos and photographs, is protected by intellectual property regulations. Unauthorised reproduction is not permitted.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adriafund shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the site. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site.
8. Amendments to the Terms
We may update the Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after the publication of changes is deemed acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court in Zagreb.
